Worship leadership is the primary responsibility of the Celebration Teams. Made up of instrumentalists and singers, these teams rehearse weekly to grow in their relationships and in their musicianship.  Additional musicians are always welcome.  Contact Grace Moes to find out more about attending a rehearsal, and the process of joining a worship team.

Each Sunday there is an opportunity for someone to pray with you following the morning service. Liz Obando heads up the prayer ministry.  Extended times of prayer are available through the pastoral elders.

Prayer needs and praise are emailed to a committed group of people who will pray through the requests.  Harv & Diane Geerlink are the coordinators of the prayer chain.

Visual Arts

We are blessed to have several gifted artists in our midst.  They participate frequently in the life of our community, challenging us to think about and experience our faith in new ways.  Our visual artists meet regularly to encourage each other and to grow in their gifts.  Contact Anita Van Zeumeren if you are interested in being a part of the visual life of the church.

24-Hour Worship

On the last Saturday of each month from 8 pm until the following morning Sunday worship service,  is an evening and night of worship.  A variety of expressions of worship are encouraged and welcomed.

Projection of lyrics and videos

Visual projection of song lyrics and the use of videos are an important component of our worship.  Tony Dryfhout coordinates this area of ministry.  Click here for the Projection schedule.  Do you have a passion for multi-media or trying new media techniques?  Contact Tony for more information on how to get involved.

The Sound team is an important part of the worship ministry.  It involves coming to Thursday practice and coming in Sunday mornings before the team arrives for pre-worship warm-up and setting up mics, floor monitors, keyboards and music stands for the team.  During practice and during the worship service it involves balancing mics and instruments to ensure a good sound mix for all to enjoy.  It also involves recording the sermon on CD.  If you have an interest in being involved in the sound team please contact Andrew Kulig, our Sound Team Coordinator.
